3. The product
The Product is a digital information product (letter template, playbook, tracker, and scripts) delivered electronically on purchase. It's a one-time purchase — no subscription, no recurring billing.
4. License to use
On purchase, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product in your own real estate prospecting activities. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Product outside your own business/office use without our written permission.
5. Payment
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Prices are shown in USD and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
6. Results disclaimer
Testimonials and results referenced on this site (including the "50+ appraisals" claim) reflect specific past results, not guarantees of future performance. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, effort, and execution.
7. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, and nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Intellectual property
All content in the Product and on this site is owned by us and protected by copyright. Purchasing the Product does not transfer ownership of that IP to you.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Product. Nothing here excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
